Sunday September 29, 2019 Announcements

  • Coast 2 Coast Bible Study Wednesdays @ 2:30pm (CKV) & 7pm (Emory). Please make one of these mid-week studies part of your routine.
  • Throughout this month, everyday at 3:50 (because Emory is located at 35 Center Square) Pastor Erin will be praying for church leadership and she is encouraging you to use this time or another that you set to hold our church leadership in prayer before God.
  • Emory Choir will practice on Tuesdays @ 7:00pm. If you would like to be a part of the choir or the Christmas Cantata please see Josie Santos or show up to practice.
  • Roots Youth Group will not be meeting on October 2nd but will be receiving donations for the Yard/Bake Sale on Friday October 4th from 4-7pm.
  • Men’s Breakfast will be held at Harmony Ridge Café at Crosskeys Village on October 5th @ 8am. Come for great food and wonderful fellowship!
  • Annual Church Yard & Bake Sale is coming October 5th so start saving your “treasures” and baking your “goodies”. No clothing will be accepted.  But if you would like to donate women’s dress clothes or purses they will be donated to the Women At Risk Ministry.  Donations can be dropped off Friday Oct. 4th between 4-7 pm. See Wendy Diviney or Jim Cramer with questions.
  • A pot luck luncheon on World Communion Sunday October 6th following the Worship Service.  More details to come…
  • Registration has begun for the NAMI walk for Mental Health Awareness. Brochures and info can be found on the table in the vestibule.
  • There will be a Hymn Sing and organ recital with Richard Frey on October 13th @ 6:00pm. Invite your friends, family and neighbors, it’s sure to be excellent!
  • WINGS (Women In God’s Service) will be enjoying the “Fruits of the Bible” in their series “Taste & See” on October 17th @ 7pm. Need a ride? Contact Dian Cramer
